  1. What legal issues have been involved with fast food franchises? The franchises have  not always followed the rules therefore this has led to legal battles  that the franchises always win. Mc Donalds has created a barrier to avoid all this types of isues by leasing their land to the franchisors who always violate the terms of the lease.                     
  2.  In what particular legal action has the Subway fast food franchise been involved? (100-102)The particular legal action that subway fast food franchise been involved in is recruiting franchises the way most fast food restaurants do, instead of developing agents.

The reason why fast food workers havent unionized its because McDonalds sends in lawyers and attorneys to stop unions before they form. The reason why the unionsdont form in the first place its because people are to scared of fighting against McDonalds and most of them are illiterate.
